Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and sponsored athlete. She started participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model and a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr began her fitness modeling career when she was just 16 when she gave up her gymnastics. In just one year she was able to earn her Pro Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. In 2015, she continued her path from last year, competing in the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show was a success, she continued to compete throughout her career and setting new goals every year. In 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to finish her college degree. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The show was a success and she finished third. The summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia and took sixth place in the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel says she was more than happy of the result. She was up against the best. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel's top body part to train is the back. It is where she usually performs bent-over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. She warms-up first before moving into working sets. Ariel is also extremely efficient with her time. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
